Point Slope Form Explained

This video lesson will derive the point-slope formula and explain how and why it works. Students will learn to write a linear equation in point-slope form using slope and a point. Writing an equation from two points will also be reviewed. I will also demonstrate and instruct how to write a linear equation in point-slope form into slope-intercept form. Function notation will also be reviewed and practiced.
