How to Graph and Describe an Exponential Function

In this video lesson, I will define and explain exponential equations. Students will learn to distinguish between linear and exponential equations. Reviewing that a linear function has a pattern of repeated addition, and an exponential function has a pattern of repeated multiplication. Students will learn the characteristics of exponential functions. Graphing exponential functions is modeled, exemplar problems are provided, and student practice is embedded in the lesson.
