Seal one end of the stiff straw with tape. make four holes on this end. fill a balloon with water. tie the open end of the straw to the balloon with a rubber band. on releasing the mouth of the balloon , water will gush out from the four holes like a very beautiful fountain. on inverting , the balloon will look like a wonderful sprinkler.
